Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with eta by eta. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at etabyetafashiondesigner@gmail.com or +27 63 984 2897 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Mail or drop off the package to our facility at the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at etabyetafashiondesigner@gmail.com with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.
